Welcome to Room 1!

I was born and raised in Southern California. I have been teaching since 2008.

I have a Bachelor's of Arts in Liberal Studies, Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, and Supplemental Authorization in Mathematics from California State University, Long Beach, and a Master's Degree in Teaching from Grand Canyon University.

On a personal note, I am married to a wonderful man named Jose. I have 3 beautiful daughters named Sofia, Isabella, and Micaela. In my free time, I love to read, exercise, cook, travel, and spend time with my family and friends.

I am extremely excited for another great school year here at Birney!
