Hello! My name is Elyse Hertz and I am thrilled to be your child's teacher. I have been an educator for 12 years which includes 6 years as a 5th grade teacher at Birney! 5th grade is my favorite. I love all of the academic and social growth that students make in 5th grade as they prepare for middle school. I believe in empowering students to reach their full potential and have a positive impact on the world around them.
